We understand that this is a very stressful and difficult time. Like many other organisations we are taking measures to protect our clients and staff from risks of COVID-19. The coronavirus pandemic is having an impact on most of the businesses however, we are pleased to confirm that we are virtually operating our business as usual and are confident we will continue to do so.
We are doing everything we can to minimise the impacts of the COVID-19 on the services we provide and will continue to operate effectively. Following the Government’s advice, we have adopted a remote working model and we are confident that we will continue to provide the same high standard of services as usual.
We have stopped face to face meetings with clients from 23rd March 2020 until further notice, however, meetings over skype and phone will continue. Since the Home Office, Courts and Tribunals have not given any indication that they will be shutting down so until then we will have to meet with the certain deadlines to submit applications and or appeals and we assure you that all the deadlines will be met.
